Welcome to PitchLink Players App ("PitchLink", "we", "our", or "us").

PitchLink Players App is a digital platform that allows football players and teams to:

• Discover football pitches
• Book pitches
• Communicate with pitch owners
• Make partial or full payments
• Access football-related content and services

These Terms of Service and Privacy Policy apply ONLY to the PitchLink Players App and govern your use of the application.

By downloading, accessing, or using the PitchLink Players App, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility (Age Requirement)

• You must be at least 12 years old to use the PitchLink Players App.
• If you are under 18, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
• PitchLink does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 12.

If we discover that a user is under 12, the account will be suspended or deleted immediately.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you may need to:

• Create an account
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your login details secure

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Use of the App (Players Only)

The PitchLink Players App is strictly for players and teams.

You agree NOT to:

• Use the app for illegal activities

• Abuse, harass, or scam pitch owners or other users
• Manipulate pricing, bookings, or payments
• Reverse engineer or exploit the app

Pitch owners use a separate PitchLink Host App, governed by different terms.

5. Bookings & Payments

• Players can book football pitches listed by pitch owners.
• Payments may include:
  • Full payment
  • Half-payment (where supported)
• PitchLink may charge service or platform fees.
• Pitch owners set their own prices; PitchLink is not responsible for pitch quality or disputes.

PitchLink is a booking and coordination platform, not a pitch owner.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellation and refund policies depend on the pitch owner.
• PitchLink may assist in dispute resolution but does not guarantee refunds.
• Any abuse of the booking system may lead to account suspension.

7. Privacy Policy

7.1 Information We Collect

We may collect:

• Name, email, phone number
• Account login details
• Booking history
• Payment status (not full card details)
• Device information (for security & performance)
• Location data (for finding nearby pitches)
