Welcome to PitchLink Host ("PitchLink", "we", "our", or "us").

PitchLink Host is a digital platform designed exclusively for football pitch owners and managers to:

• List football pitches
• Manage availability and pricing
• Receive booking requests
• Track payments and earnings
• Communicate with players

These Terms of Service and Privacy Policy apply ONLY to the PitchLink Host App.

By accessing or using PitchLink Host, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility (Pitch Owners Only)

To use PitchLink Host, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be the legal owner, manager, or authorized representative of a football pitch
• Have the legal right to list and rent out the pitch

PitchLink Host is not for players. Players must use the PitchLink Players App.

3. Account Registration & Verification

Pitch owners are required to:

• Create an account
• Provide accurate business and contact information
• Upload pitch details and images
• Complete any verification process required by PitchLink

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and accurate.

4. Pitch Listings & Management

As a pitch owner, you agree that:

• All pitch information, pricing, images, and availability are accurate
• Prices set are final and transparent
• Listed pitches are safe, playable, and maintained

PitchLink may review, approve, reject, or remove pitch listings that violate platform rules.

5. Bookings & Payments

• Players may book your pitch through the PitchLink Players App
• Payments may be:
  • Full payment
  • Partial (half-payment where supported)
• PitchLink may deduct a platform commission or service fee
• Remaining payments may be settled directly between you and the player, depending on the booking flow

PitchLink does not guarantee bookings or earnings.

6. Cancellations, No-Shows & Disputes

• Pitch owners must clearly define cancellation policies
• Refunds are subject to your policy and platform rules
• PitchLink may assist in dispute resolution but is not financially liable

Repeated disputes, fraud, or abuse may result in suspension.

7. Responsibilities of Pitch Owners

You agree to:

• Provide safe and playable facilities
• Comply with local laws and regulations
• Honor confirmed bookings
• Treat players fairly and professionally
• Maintain accurate availability schedules

PitchLink is not responsible for on-ground operations.

8. Privacy Policy

8.1 Information We Collect

We may collect:

• Business name and contact details
• Owner/manager identification details
• Pitch location and images
• Booking and earnings history
• Bank or payout information (where applicable)
• Device and usage data

8.2 How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to:

• Operate the platform
• Display your pitch to players
• Process bookings and payments
• Improve services
• Prevent fraud and abuse

We do not sell your data.

8.3 Data Sharing

• Remove pitch listings that are misleading, unsafe, or fraudulent

Serious violations may result in immediate termination.

11. Limitation of Liability

PitchLink:

• Is a technology platform, not a pitch operator
• Is not responsible for injuries, damages, or disputes on-site
• Does not guarantee revenue, bookings, or profits

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

We may update these terms at any time.

Continued use of PitchLink Host means acceptance of updates.
